Where can I buy Tradecals products?
You can place your order right here (right now), directly through our website.

What sizes do your t-shirts and singlets come in?
Our shirt sizes range from XS to 5XL, and our singlets range from XS to 2XL. Check out our size guide on each page if you’re unsure, or between sizes. We  recommend sizing up for a comfier fit.

What’s your refund/returns policy?
Please choose carefully as we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. If for some reason the item you’ve received is faulty, the quickest way to address this is through the automated feedback email you will receive, after the order has been marked as delivered. There is a link in the email to ‘report a problem’ - click on this link where you will be prompted to detail the issue, and provide some photos for review. This will be sent directly to our support team who will address the issue in a timely manner. If you did not receive the feedback email, please get in touch with the support team directly at support@tradecals.com.au, and provide details/photos of the issue. Rest assured, once we have confirmed the quality issue on our end, you will not have to spend any money for a resolution.

Are your shirts and singlets unisex?
Yep – unless marked otherwise, all of our gear is unisex.

What are your mugs and stubby holders made of?
Our mugs are made from high-quality BPA free, white gloss ceramic. Our stubby coolers are 100% neoprene (the same stuff wetsuits are made from) to keep your beers icy cold.

Can I customise a product?

How do discount codes work?
You’ll need to enter the code at checkout to activate your discount. Please make sure the discount and the amount is reflected in the cart before purchase. If the code does not work, first check the expiry date. Also, please be aware that discount codes will not apply to already reduced items, and they do not stack with other discounts or sales.

Do discounts apply to shipping?
No, discounts do not apply to the shipping fee.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship within Australia (including PO boxes, the outback, and beach shacks), and to our brothers and sisters in New Zealand.

How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping within Australia, and $20 to New Zealand. We also offer free shipping within Australia on all orders over $120, and to New Zealand on all orders over $150 (prices in AUD). 

How long will it take to get my order?
We’ll dispatch your item within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depend on where you live. Rural and regional areas may take longer, and delays should be expected during holiday periods.

  • Australia wide: 3-6 business days
  • New Zealand: 5-10 business days

Will I get tracking info?
Absolutely! As soon as your parcel or parcel’s are on the move, we’ll send any tracking links straight to your inbox.

Will all my order items be delivered together?
Not always. Rest assured you’ll get tracking information for all deliveries so you can stay informed.

Care Instructions

How do I wash my t-shirt or singlet?
Always check the label. Most of our t-shirts and singlets are best washed inside out in cold water. Line dry preferably.

Can I put the mug in the dishwasher or microwave?
Yes, our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.

Do you offer Afterpay or other payment plans?
Yes we offer Afterpay! We are also looking at other payment plan options. Be sure to check back later.
