General Policy

Please choose carefully as we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If for some reason the item you've received is faulty, the quickest way to address this is through the automated feedback email you receive after the order has been marked as delivered.

There is a link in the email to 'report a problem' - click on this link where you will be prompted to detail the issue and provide some photos for review. This will be sent directly to our support team who will address the issue in a timely manner.

If you did not receive the feedback email, please get in touch with the support team directly at email - support@tradecals.com.au, and provide details/photos of the issue. Rest assured, once we have confirmed the quality issue on our end, you will not have to spend any money for a resolution.

Return Timeframe

Faulty or defective items must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if you receive a faulty item.

Return Shipping Costs

For faulty or defective items that we have confirmed, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide you with a return address. You will not be required to pay for return shipping on items with confirmed quality issues.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your location and payment provider:

  • Australian customers: typically 3-5 business days after processing
  • US customers: typically 5-10 business days after processing

International Returns & Duties

For US customers: Please note that any customs duties or import taxes paid on your order are typically non-refundable. If you need to return an item, we recommend contacting our support team first to discuss the best resolution, which may include store credit or replacement options to avoid additional shipping costs.
