Shipping policy
Please keep in mind that all of our products are made to order, so production time is a factor in our delivery time-frames.
Australia/NZ:
We ship within Australia (including PO boxes, the outback, and beach shacks), and to our brothers and sisters in New Zealand.
We charge a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping within Australia and $20 for standard shipping to New Zealand. We also offer free shipping within Australia on all orders over $120, and to New Zealand on all orders over $150 (prices in AUD).
We aim to dispatch your item within 2-5 business days. Delivery times can vary depending on where you live. Rural and regional areas may take longer, and delays should be expected during holiday periods. Expected delivery times:
- Australia wide: 3-6 business days
- New Zealand: 5-10 business days
USA:
Rest assured, we deliver to all 51 states. All orders to the United States are produced and shipped from within the U.S for faster delivery and to avoid international shipping delays.
Orders are typically produced within 2-3 business days, though during busy periods this may extend to 5 business days. Please allow a further 5-10 business days for shipping.
*Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States may take an additional 7 – 12 business days. Depending on availability, we may use untracked services for shipping to these areas.
USPS is our preferred carrier, though we may use other carriers depending on availability. As domestic shipments within the U.S, your order will not incur any customs fees or import duties.
